The Thinking Partner · Weekly Working Relationship · $2,500/mo (single session $500)
Someone Honest in Your Corner, Weekly
You're carrying a hard call alone, and you've been in your own head too long. You're a solo operator, an early founder still doing everything yourself, or a professional at a turning point (stepping into a new role, going fractional, launching something). The decisions are yours to make, but there's no one around who will actually sit with the real situation, think it through with you, and tell you the truth. You book thirty minutes and clearly need ninety.
I'll be the person who pays real attention to your specific situation. Not background, not theory, just what's live for you right now. I ask the questions you haven't asked yourself, push back on the story you're telling about why something isn't possible, and help you build the actual thing: the email, the pitch, the positioning, the plan. The value is in the honest conversation, not the validation.
The plan: a weekly session with the same shape every time.
| Part | What happens |
|---|---|
| First | You tell me what's in front of you right now (what's live, not the history). |
| Middle | We work it. I ask the hard questions, push on the easy story, and help you build the thing if there's a thing to build. |
| End | You leave with something concrete: a decision made, a draft in hand, a next step specific enough to execute. |
What I actually help with.
Writing the hard things (proposals, pitches, the email you've been avoiding, how you talk about yourself). Figuring out the strategy when everything feels equally urgent or equally impossible. The professional identity work of stepping into a new role and inhabiting it credibly. And the honest conversation, when you need someone to name the thing everyone else is dancing around.
What you bring
Whatever's live. No pre-work, no intake form. A willingness to work, not just talk. And honesty about the real situation.
What you won't get
Therapy. If you need a therapist, I'm not equipped for that and won't pretend to be. You also won't get someone who lets the session float without landing somewhere concrete, or permanent async access as a substitute for showing up. The sessions are the work; async is for the real-time situations between them.
Graduation Condition
One of three, and all three are wins: you've internalized the thinking and don't need the sessions anymore. You've grown past what I can give, and I make the introduction to the next room. Or we have the honest conversation that you're pursuing the wrong thing, and you redirect with clarity instead of regret.
The cost of staying stuck: the longer you spin alone, the longer the wrong story runs unchallenged, and capable people stay stuck far longer than they need to.
$2,500/month (covers 4 sessions + async access) · single session $500. Four-week minimum, then month-to-month, cancel anytime with 2 weeks notice. A single session captures maybe 20% of the value. The work compounds over time.
