Rough idea → a researched plan with an honest Go/No-Go.

Revelocity Assessment

Take a raw concept and run it through real research, and get back a verdict that says no when the math doesn't support yes.

The Problem

Business-plan templates are optimistic by design. Fill in the blanks, project a hockey stick, feel good about it. AI chatbots make up market sizes (confidently, specifically, and wrong). Consultants who'll do it properly cost $25,000 to $75,000 and take 4 to 8 weeks to get back to you.

So you either proceed on a plan that flatters you, wait months for real research, or trust a number you know is invented. None of those are great.

What it does

Take a raw concept (a sentence, a paragraph, a voice note's worth of thinking) and run it through five real research passes: market sizing with citations from primary sources, competitive pricing pulled from what competitors actually charge, customer willingness-to-pay analysis, trend signals, and GTM playbooks from comparable launches. The output is a 15-section plan (8,000 to 15,000 words) with numbered citations, a working financial model, a risk matrix, a 12-month roadmap, and a Go/No-Go recommendation that says no when the math doesn't support yes.

It also names the single most dangerous assumption in your plan. That one alone is worth the read.

Free Version

A quick idea gut-check. Is the category viable, is your framing coherent, are there obvious red flags worth knowing before you go further?

Paid Version Adds

The full 15-section researched plan (everything above), with the citations, the financial model, the risk matrix, the roadmap, and the honest verdict.

Who it's for
