You need the revenue layer built before you can hire the person to run it. You've got product-market fit, but the GTM is guesswork. Your revenue team and your marketing team are speaking different languages. Maybe you're about to fundraise and the growth story doesn't survive a hard look. You don't need a permanent executive attending standups forever. You need someone to build the system, prove it works, and leave you not dependent on them.

I come in, figure out why the revenue motion isn't working, tell you what to fix, and help you build it. Then I leave. Strategic layer only (the thinking, the diagnosis, the architecture, and the handoff). Not a permanent seat at the table. I've stood up revenue systems across stages and sectors, and the difference here is that the exit is planned from day one.

Direct access to founders and revenue leadership (I work directly with decision-makers), honest access to the data (revenue, pipeline, team, what's actually happening), and a willingness to act on the findings.

What you won't get

This is a strategic engagement, not an operational seat. It doesn't include attending your weekly standups, managing your marketing team, or staying on past the defined scope.
