The Deal Room · 2 Sessions/Month · $2,000/mo
A Coach on Your Live Deals, Monthly
You run your own deals well, and you want a sharp second set of eyes before you commit to a move. You've got a system in place. You know your buyers. But some patterns keep recurring, deals stall in the same spots, and there's nobody in your corner who already knows how you sell well enough to catch it in real time. You don't need to be taught. You need a co-pilot.
Selling has always been native to me, and I've spent nearly thirty years coaching the founders who do it well. The Deal Room is Week 3 of The Sales Room on repeat: your live deals, worked every month with someone who knows your system. The format is the container: fixed structure, no scope drift, just the deals in front of you and the clarity to move them.
The plan: two sessions a month, same rhythm every time.
| Minutes | What happens |
|---|---|
| First 10 | Pipeline snapshot: what's moved, what hasn't, what's new. |
| Next 40 | We work the 1–2 deals that matter most right now. |
| Last 10 | Commitments: what you're doing before next session, what I'm watching for. |
Between sessions, you get async access by voice memo, Loom, or text for time-sensitive deal questions. I respond within 24 hours on business days. The value compounds: I learn your buyers, your patterns, your tendencies, so the coaching gets more precise than any one-off session can.
What you bring
An up-to-date view of your pipeline before each session, a willingness to bring the deals that actually need attention rather than the comfortable ones, and two hours of live sessions a month plus async as needed.
What you won't get
Email or proposal writing, strategy work beyond the deals in front of us, or open-ended conversation. We have 60 minutes a session. We use them. And if you don't have a working sales system yet, start with The Sales Room. The Deal Room builds on what's already there.
Graduation Condition
The sessions start feeling redundant because you already know what I'm going to say. That's the signal. We name it and wind down.
The cost of staying stuck: without a second set of eyes, the same stalled-deal patterns keep repeating, and you keep second-guessing moves you should make with confidence.
Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 2 weeks notice. Two 60-minute sessions, async access, and a written next-step summary emailed the same day. The format protects both of us from scope drift.
Requires completion of The Sales Room or a qualifying intake call.
