The tools are decision aids, not advice

Every tool on this site produces an estimate based on the numbers you enter. That estimate is designed to help you think more clearly about a situation. It is not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice.

The output reflects a calculation, not a professional opinion about your specific circumstances. Before making a decision that matters (raising capital, cutting headcount, changing your pricing model, or anything with real financial or legal consequences) use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Some tools use AI to generate their output. AI can be confidently wrong, incomplete, or made up. Treat that output as a starting point to think with, never as a finding you can rely on, and check anything that matters before you act on it.

Accuracy

The tools calculate from what you give them. Garbage in, garbage out. We make no warranty that any output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. If the numbers you enter are wrong, the verdict will be wrong too.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for legitimate business analysis. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate them in bulk. Do not use them to produce outputs intended to mislead investors, lenders, or any other party.

This service is operated by Social Impact Group, LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the tools after a change means you accept the updated terms.
