Pricing

One price. The same for everyone.

Every engagement on this site carries one fixed price. No tiers to climb, no ranges, no "it depends." The number is sitting right here, in the open, before we ever speak. What we work out on a call is fit, not price.

Here is what a range is. A range is a consultant reserving the right to be right later. It reads as flexibility and it functions as a hedge. Quote nine to fifteen, and whatever it ends up costing, they were right the whole time. Same trick, different costume: a fixed price broken out into a monthly rate. That is a meter with better manners.

There is no hourly rate here, and nothing on this page will let you derive one, because the moment help gets priced by the clock, both of us start optimizing for the clock instead of the result.

You are buying a method, a solution, and the proof it works... not my time. So everyone who undertakes the same work pays the same.

I define the results, show exactly how we get them, when to expect them, and what it costs, all of it before we start. My focus is the work, not the next deal. Complete the mission, and there is always more work.

One honest exception, said out loud instead of buried in a table cell. The calls are not a published number, and there is a reason for each. It is the first section below.

Why the price is the price

Access

The cheapest way to get me is to talk to me.

The first call. You decide the price, after.

One call, and there is only one version of it. No tier decides which Peter shows up, and no qualifying score decides how much of the hour you deserve.

An invoice always issues. You write the number on it. What the call was worth to you, including zero, and zero is a real answer, not a trap door with a fee behind it. That line exists so nobody gets excluded on the way in.

Twelve weeks of calls.

$6,000

For people who need more than one conversation: a twelve-week block, bought up front, nothing rolling, nothing that renews by default.

Twelve weeks, $6,000, billed monthly. One term, one number, in the open before you buy. Billed monthly because that is easier on your cash flow than one invoice, not because this is a subscription... it does not renew when the twelve weeks end. Want another twelve weeks after that? Ask for another twelve weeks.

Smaller Than a Full Engagement

Still fixed, still published.

Rapid Results

$1,000

A ceiling, not a rate. One obvious, overdue thing, fixed now. Nine named engagements: Pricing & Packaging, Should You Raise, Cluster Entry, Everyone is encouraging and nobody has bought, First sales hire (when and who), Priced too low and can't get out, You positioned to investors, not buyers, Roadmap YAGNI, and What Advisor Model Is Right For You.

If it turns out to be bigger than an afternoon, I say so in the room, and the $1,000 credits against the larger engagement.

Readiness

$1,000

Certain you want it, not certain you're ready for it? A short set of interviews and analysis with one output: Do, or do not do, because. Not a solution, not an action plan.

A Do verdict credits the $1,000 toward whatever we do next. That is not a discount, it is me paying for certainty I received.

Recovery

from $2,500

For something already in flight that has gone sideways. Three depths: Audit & Suggest ($2,500, 30 days, I read it and hand you the recommendations), Audit & Remediate ($2,500 plus $1,000 buckets, I fix it myself), Audit & Manage ($2,500 plus $1,000 buckets, windowed, I hold it for you).

Solutions as a Product

Seven engagements live here: Go-To-Market Results, Prospecting & Process Results, Closing Results, The Walkthrough, Product Opportunity Results, The Transition, and the Field Lab. Every one of them is fixed term and fixed price, and all but one name a fixed deliverable too (not a summary of our time together, not a deck about the journey, a thing that exists when we are finished, that you own, and that keeps working with me out of the room). Closing Results is the one deliberate exception: the delivery is the room itself, not a document.

Each engagement carries its own number, on its own page. Nobody should choose between them on price, so this page will not lay them side by side.

Site-Wide Terms

What every engagement carries.

Every engagement carries an end date, and I deliver to it. If that date passes and the engagement elapses, that is a loss on both sides, not a penalty, just a level set. A Readiness call is required before anything restarts. I am never the reason the clock runs out, being chased, being nagged, waiting on something I should have already sent, that is not on me.

I do not guarantee results. Anyone who guarantees results is selling snake oil. What I do guarantee is participation. If I am the one who causes an engagement to fail (my own missed calls, not yours), I finish the engagement free. That is how certain I am. If you still want to deal with me after that, lol.

Every build-tier engagement ships with the Landing. Check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days (an hour, then thirty minutes, then thirty minutes), already inside the price, never billed separately. Three dates, then it is done. The landing, not the residency.

Without Me

Not everything I do requires me. The Revenue Workroom holds the parts of the work you can pick up and run yourself: the tools, the courses, the worksheets. A tool is a diagnostic I run. A course is a method I teach in the room. A worksheet is the file I hand a client.

Anybody can get a recipe. Most people cannot cook. This is for the ones who can, and the ones who want to find out.

The Suite Pass

The tools on this site come in two kinds. The free ones cost me nothing to run, so they are free, full stop. The paid ones spend real money every time they run (live research, AI analysis on every submission). The Suite Pass covers that second kind, and it includes the courses too: one subscription, every paid tool, every deep tier, every course, every worksheet. Same rule as everything above... one price, the same for everyone.

Every paid tool, every deep tier, every course

$11/mo

The founding window: the first 90 members, or the first 90 days, whichever comes first, get the pass at $11/mo instead of the standing $24/mo. That price sticks for as long as your subscription runs unbroken. Cancel and the founding price is gone... coming back later means the standing price. And it stays with your account (not transferable).

Cancel whenever, from your account page.

If you are weighing the number against what you overpaid the last consultant, you have already misread it. The price was never the point. The result is. And the fixed number is not a discount, it is what experience lets me promise before we start.
