Rapid Results
One obvious, overdue thing. Fixed now.
$1,000. A ceiling, not a rate. If it turns out to be a real engagement once we're in the room, I say so, and the $1,000 credits against the bigger thing. It never gets wasted, which makes it the easiest yes on this site.
Every one of these follows the same shape: research, then investigate, then report, then review in person, then plan the next move. Three to eight hours total, depending on the kind. Priced on the impact, a blocker resolved, a hang-up dissolved, an income opportunity opened, because impact pricing is how everything on this site prices, not a special rule for this tier.
What this isn't
One-shot and obvious, on purpose.
Each of these nine is a thing that's obvious, overdue, and fixable now, not a repeatable method you learn and run yourself. Repeatable and learnable is what the build engagements and the do-it-yourself tools are for. This tier exists for the specific thing sitting in front of you today.
Three kinds, nine named
Common blockers. Pivotal decisions. Big mistakes.
Common blockers
Pricing & Packaging
The three column exercise: free, paid, premium, by feature. What people actually pay for, laid next to what the roadmap assumes they will. Pricing now and pricing long term are two different questions, and this answers the one in front of you.
Cluster Entry
"Nobody shows up" is the real complaint under this one. Find where your cluster already gathers, host the room instead of trying to enter it, and leave with one specific first door question, not a pitch. Includes the inverse ruling: when NOT to build a community at all.
Everyone's encouraging. Nobody's bought.
That gap is a promise problem, not a mystery. Encouragement responds to you, purchase responds to the promise, and those are two different things people are reacting to. We find the promise nobody is actually making yet.
Pivotal decisions
Should You Raise?
A diagnostic, not a step toward a raise. Tests whether your addressable-market framing is even the right one, reads whether the business is bootstrappable, and puts real alternatives to capital (strategic partnership, channel, self-insured buyers) and the exit-risk case for staying independent on the table next to it.
First sales hire, when and who
Sits directly upstream of the sales-motion build work. Are you ready to hand this off, or outsourcing a problem you haven't solved yourself yet. What kind of seller the motion actually needs (fit, not seniority), and when to make the call.
What Advisor Model Is Right For You?
Advisor, board member, fractional, consultant, coach, or nobody. An honest read on what each model is genuinely good at versus what it's usually sold as, and where equity, cash, or neither fits. This one routes business away from me more than any other name on this list. That's the point: it's the strongest proof the verdict isn't for sale.
Big mistakes
Priced too low and can't get out
Repair, not design (Pricing & Packaging above designs; this one fixes). Most founders who did this already know it and believe they're trapped. Usually they aren't. They just don't know which door out (grandfathering, repackaging, feature-flagging, a new tier above) doesn't cost them the base they already have.
You positioned to investors, not buyers
The after-the-fact companion to Should You Raise. Find what got cut for the investor version of the story, separate the two audiences that story was actually written for, and restore the buyer-facing promise that quietly rotted while the investor pitch got built.
Roadmap YAGNI
Deconstruct the roadmap and pull it back together smart and reasonable. Every item gets tested against real customer evidence, not opinion: cut what nobody asked for, resequence what survives.
Price and crediting
$1,000. A ceiling, never a floor for something bigger.
Rapid Results
$1,000If what surfaces in the room turns out to be a real engagement, I say so, and the $1,000 credits against it. It is never wasted money, spent finding out the size of a problem is itself a useful answer, and if the answer is bigger, the fee moves with you instead of resetting to zero.
Want a level-set before committing to one of these instead? See Readiness, the $1,000 diagnostic pass that answers whether you're ready to pursue something, not what the something is.
Or bring your own
These nine are examples, not a menu.
If you've got your own obvious, overdue, fixable-now problem and it isn't one of the nine above, that's still a fit. Bring it to the call. The test is the shape of the problem (one-shot, fixable, priced on impact), not whether it matches a name already on this page.
One obvious thing. Fixed now, or credited forward.
Nine named, or bring your own. Start with a call, or see where Rapid Results sits against everything else on the price list.
